Calculating Shipping Costs 
Shipping costs depend on the number of items and the weight of your order, as well as the shipping methodshipping method chosen. The prices displayed on product information pages do not include shipping costs.
There are two way you can check how much you will spend on shiping:
Using shipping calculator

In shopping cart:

  • On the item's Product Details page, click on Add to Cart
  • Enter your Shopping Cart and look for “Estimate Shipping Costs” at the bottom of the page to see total shipping costs for the items in your cart.
  • On the Ship to: drop-down menu, choose the country of delivery for a more accurate calculation of your shipping costs.

You can open your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Cart at the top of every page on .


Shipping Method

We deliver your package through international couriers like Air Mail, Registered Air Mail, EMS, Fedex, UPS and DHL. Customers can choose the shipping method they like. Friendly reminder: if your package contained too many branded products, we may deliver it via different couriers in order to avoid the customs problem.


Delivery time

Order is split into two parts: Processing and Shipping 
Generally, delivery time is composed of processing time, packaging time and actual shipping time.
Processing time = From the time we receive your order to when we packaging it, 1-2 business days are needed to check your order, confirm your payment and verify your address.

Please pay attention to that we do not process your orders on weekend or holidays. Therefore, please allow another 1-2 business days to process your weekend orders.

Packaging time = After processing your order, we will send a confirmation to the warehouse. Then your order will be shipped out within 1-2 business days if it is still in stock. You will be informed if the products are out of stock.

Actual shipping time = The time it takes for the shipping companies to deliver your package to you.

In general, the delivery time of each international courier is as below:
Air Mail: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 10-30 business days from the day they are shipped.
Note: There is no tracking number for air mail.
Registered Air Mail: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 10-30 business days from the day they are shipped.
EMS: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 5-15 business days from the day they are shipped.
Fedex: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days from the day they are shipped.
UPS: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days from the day they are shipped.
DHL: Most shipped packages will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days from the day they are shipped.

Please be aware that the shipping time may be influenced by many factors, such as customs inspection or postal delay. If you can’t receive packages within 4 weeks, please kindly inform us.

For international shippment, the recipient is responsible for all the customs charges by his/her country. Since the customs policy differs from country to country, to be comply with the law and regulations of your country, we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information before you make any order.
Please Note: 
Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 days for Brazil and 10-15 days for all other destinations in Latin America.
Since we typically ship orders in a single package, unless otherwise stated, the total length of time it will take for you to receive your order should be calculated using the longest estimated time for items in your order.
Chinese holiday reminder: During week-long Chinese holidays, Chinese National Day (October 1, 2011) and Chinese New Year (January 23, 2012), services from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected, meaning that deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed 3-4 days.

Refund Policy

At, we offer you 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you found our products are defective, you can request a return by following the below instructions:

  1. If you choose the Register Air Mail or EMS as shipping method, you can apply for a return within 45 days (30 days is offered for the users of UPS, DHL, Fedex)after the invoice date.
  2. Customers are supposed to inform within 7 days from the delivery date if the order is incorrect. Problem caused by misuse or abuse will void the products’ warranty and return policy.
  3. Please note that each return should have a RMA number. You can write it down or stick the printed one on the outside of the returned box .
  4. To ensure the prompt information of the returned package, we recommend you choose the carrier which the package can be trackable.
  5. The shipping cost is non-refundable. And the return shipping cost and insurance are covered by the customers. CaseBuzz would not be responsible for the return fee or any shipping loss.
  6. All the returned products must be in its original condition.
  7. Please allow us 7-10 working days to process your return.

Return policy for refund
Customers can return products for a refund within 45 days for Register Air Mail and EMS users, 30 days for UPS, DHL, and Fedex users after the invoice date. Please note that the RMA number should be included in the returned package and the shipping cost is non-refundable. In addition, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to the return if the reason of return is casued by human error.
We can not accept the following items for a refund:

  • Any products that have exceeded the warranty or return expiry date
  • The reason of returning is caused by customer error.
  • The returned product is not in its original condition.

Return policy for exchange or replacement
Our products can be exchanged or replaced within 45 days for Register Air Mail and EMS users, 30 days for UPS, DHL, and Fedex users after the invoice date. For replacement parts, please contact within 7 days from the delivery date. If you would like to exchange a product, please make sure that the product is unused and wihin the warranty time. You can provide us the order number and the product code you want to exchange. Please remember that a RMA number is always needed for returning any product.

The procedure of return
Firstly, please email us at , and fill in the RMA form. Once you get the RMA number, do not forget to ship your items back with the RMA number. The return package without a RMA number would be rejected.

Warranty Information

Return shipping cost

Cancellation of orders
