The item will be added to your shopping cart, and our system will guide you to order placement procedure.

What exactly does the ‘Add To Cart’ button at order page commit me to?
By just clicking a button like ‘Add To Cart’ does not commit you to anything at this stage. This is just the first step in starting your purchase process. ‘Add to Cart’ means you are placing items in your imaginary shopping cart.

What will happen once I add an item to my shopping cart?

Yes a proper billing address is required at the time of order. A billing address is required to verify the customers’ information. Credit card companies also need a proper billing address of the customer for verification.

How long will you take to ship my order? 
We try to ship orders with in 48 hours. However, after the order placement there are various steps involved, which may vary the time:

How will I get/receive my tracking number?
Once your order is shipped we will send you the tracking number via e-mail. It will also be available in your CaseBuzz Registered Member Account for review.

Can I track my shipping order?
You can check the status of your order any time after the order is shipped. After the order is placed, we will process and ship your order within 48 business. you can track your order anytime after that with the help of your order’s tracking number, which will be provided to you via e-mail.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We need actual shipping address to deliver all order / products.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses. Orders to such addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping, and may take longer to arrive than the listed delivery times. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes levied on the delivery of their orders and for all charges related to returning products to PUMA, if necessary.

What shipping options do you offer?

Delivery

Do I need to sign for the package at the order delivery time?
In many cases, the store likes to have you sign a receipt to confirm that the package really reached you. The delivery services obey these requests.
But if you must go out, you can put up a note authorizing the driver to leave the package (print your name and sign it). Or, if you get a lot of packages but you are often out, you can get a small form from the delivery service to glue to your door, authorizing them to leave packages even if you are not home. We’ve found that this little sticker often encourages drivers to ignore the requirement for a signature, so we come home to find a package on the doorstep. (Our front door is hidden from the street by a gate and an adobe wall.)

I have received my order. What should I do next?
Check you order immediately after receiving. Save everything that comes with the order; manuals, cards, warranty, original box, packaging slip etc. if it is faulty inform us straight away as it can be replaced within 72 hours after the order delivery.
Do the products on CaseBuzz have warranty?
The warranty is issued by the original manufacturer. Most of the products on CaseBuzz have some kind of warranty. If the product has a warranty it will come to you with the order. We, however, also mention whether a product is supported by a warranty or not in its description.

Can you deliver my order to a different address/country than the billing address?

Can I change my delivery address after the order is placed?
Yes, you can change your delivery address within 48 hours after order.

How long will you take to deliver my order?
We strive our best to deliver the orders in least possible time frame. However, the average delivery time for air mail post and registered airmail post is 10 – 15 days. While the delivery via EMS express will take 3 – 5 days.

I have not received my order. What should I do?
Usually it takes between 10 – 15 days for delivery of air mail post and registered airmail post. However, if you do not receive your order within this time frame, contact our support team for assistance.

Do I have to spend the exact amount on my Gift Card?
No. If the total amount of your order is less than the value of gift card, then you can always use the remaining value in the next order. And if your order total is more than the value of your gift card then you can pay the remaining balance using any of our payment methods.

I received my Gift Card. How to activate it?
There is no need to activate CaseBuzz Gift Card, they will be sent to you in an activated state. Our Gift Cards are ready to use just put in your Gift Card number at the time of order to redeem its value.

How do I check the balance on my Gift Card?

Can I cash in the balance on my CaseBuzz Gift Card?
Sorry, this is not allowed. The amount on CaseBuzz Gift Card can only be redeemed while shopping at CaseBuzz. The value of CaseBuzz can neither be redeemed for cash, nor can we pay any interest on any remaining balance. But we surely have lots of interesting items at CaseBuzz where you can use your CaseBuzz Gift Card.

Can I recharge my Gift Card?
